Australian Pop Singer Simon Astley has enjoyed massive success over the last few years, releasing single after single, with no plans of slowing down anytime soon.

 

After extensive touring in Australia, the UK, and the United States, Astley has been back in the Recording Studio, working alongside award winning producers Sam Panetta (Kylie Minogue, Crowded House, Kisschasy), LA Producer Killian Cruiser, & award winning LA Mastering Engineer Emerson Mancini.  

 

Astley has had some recent Radio Chart, & Aria Chart success in Australia, with his newest single "OMG", and has been seen covering Billboards on the freeways in Los Angeles, California.

One of the quiet achievers of Australian Music, Astley’s years of hard work have paid off. With big plans to tour again soon, Simon is gearing up now for an even bigger 2025. “I can't wait to get back on the road again after a long break, and play some live shows", Astley said. He has enjoyed collaborating with Australian/Irish Singer Songwriter Damien Leith on 2 tracks - Love for the City & Crossroads, and has recently been working with Eskimo Joe frontman Kav Temperley on a new track, which will be released later this year.

 

Astley was born in Perth WA, and moved to Devonport Tasmania when he was just 6 years old. With a father from Birmingham, and a Record Deal with UK Record Label Gotham Records, Astley naturally feels a connection between the UK and his home town in Tasmania. “I was brought up on music right from the start” Astley said. “My mum was a music teacher before she retired, and enrolled me in private piano & saxophone lessons in Devonport at a young age".

 

Simon was chosen as the Radio Announcer for the brand new Australian Radio Show called AUS10 Radio in 2021, which is the affiliate of US10 Radio. AUS10 Radio is broadcast to numerous radio stations in the United Kingdom. “I absolutely love hosting the AUS10 Radio Show, and enjoy showcasing great Australian talent to the people of England” Astley said. “I have learnt so much from being a radio announcer, and its great to be the interviewer for a change” Astley said.

 

Simon is no stranger to the TV screens, with appearances on the Late Night with Monica Price (UK),The Real Sauce TV Show (UK), Oogies Popcorn TV AD (USA), Marngrook Footy Show (AUS), The Cath Vincent Show (NZ), Neighbours (AUS), In Pit Lane (AUS), Underbelly (AUS), Time of Our Lives (AUS), Jack Irish (AUS), Toyota TVC (AUS) & Carlton Draught TV AD (AUS).
