While maintaining a humble profile, he has recently elevated his international profile, being seen covering the billboards on the freeways in Los Angeles, California.

Astley was born in Perth WA, and moved to Tasmania when he was just 6 years old. With a father from Birmingham, and a Record Deal with UK Record Label Gotham Records, Astley naturally feels a connection between the UK and his home town in Tasmania.

Simon Astley was chosen as the inaugural Radio Announcer for the brand new Australian Radio Show called AUS10 Radio in 2021, which is the affiliate of US10 Radio. AUS10 Radio is broadcast to numerous radio stations in the United Kingdom.
